Xbox One X Beat The PS4 Pro in US in December 2018

Xbox One X is officially the top-selling premium console in December in the United States, surpassing the results obtained by PlayStation 4 Pro in the same period.

A very important milestone considering that the price of Xbox One X is higher than the Pro version of PlayStation 4. The announcement was made by the CEO of Microsoft, Satya Nadella, during the recent financial meeting, however, it was not disclosed, as usual, the exact number of consoles sold.

Nadella also wanted to point out that the sales of Xbox One S have also achieved excellent results, stating that Microsoft is constantly engaged in renewing its consoles to attract demanding players who want engaging 4K experiences.

Unmissable mention to the Xbox Game Pass, emphasizing that the decision to make the first party titles available in the service, since the launch day, greatly increases the value of the subscription for both users and the industry partners. A service that is able to attract not only new users but also the interest of third-party software houses.

Growth also on the Xbox Live front, whose monthly users have increased by 7%, compared to last year, reaching 59 million. It also reaffirms its commitment to the world of PC gaming and the continuous creation of a single large ecosystem able to make games, content, and services available on consoles, PCs, and mobile devices.
