Capcom has confirmed that Ultra Street Fighter II: The Final Challengers for Nintendo Switch will support online play, and thus can challenge opponents across the network, not limited to only multiplayer locally.
This is a feature that many took for granted, however, the developers had made no mention of the presence of multiplayer during the reveal of the game. Ultra Street Fighter II: The Final Challengers will include all the characters of the original title with the addition of Evil Ryu and Violent Ken, as well as a better balance of gameplay and a technical sector improved.
Ultra Street Fighter II: The Final Challenge release is expected in the course of 2017, for the moment exclusively on Nintendo Switch.
