Just recently it was announced that The Witcher 3 is going to get a new DLC that will add a New Game Plus mode in this latest edition. This mode will let users to play game with more challenges. There will be tougher enemies, better loot and lot of equipments upgrades. With the mode, it is also going to get a new patch for better output. The patch version is 1.08.1.
This patch will not only add fixes and upgrades but with that it will also add a support that lets players to run different mods in the game. So this will help players to do certain experiments within the game. The Witcher 3 Patch 1.08.1 is already available for download. Players can download the patch through Gog Galaxy or via Steam. The update is going to provide Modkit support in this game that will let players to do many things with fewer restrictions. So the patch is going to offer some fixes also that you can see below in the patch log.
Patch 1.08.1 (14.08.2015)
- Introduces a retro-active fix to some of the achievements that were amended in the patch 1.08.
- Adds sources for scripts (mod support).The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is out now on the PC, PS4 and Xbox One.
- The patch is having a minor adjustment with that one of the best thing players would be able to do is get support for scripts. Yet there are not major mods released for the game. This would be mostly user generated.
