Capcom announced that Resident Evil 7: biohazard is now available for preorder through the Xbox Store and the PlayStation Store, revealing that there will be two editions, at least in the digital version.
The version of Xbox One can already be pre-ordered, in standard or deluxe format, although the release of Resident Evil 7 is expected next January; also on PlayStation 4 and PC.
First we have the standard version of Resident Evil 7: Biohazard for $59.99 USD, which includes the special presale content pack of survival. This package is accompanied with boxes forecasting herbal medicine normal and a strong drug; a currency defense, as its name suggests, gives a small bonus to defense; and the ability to unlock the maximum level of difficulty, Madhouse, normally only available after completing the game.
Then there is the Deluxe Edition for $89.99 USD, which also include the Survival Pack that will award 3 packages of additional content. The first adds 4 short secondary stories, while the second and third add a further episode in the history respectively. Each additional content will be published in order, after the release of the main game.
This new chapter of the saga will be the first to support virtual reality of PlayStation VR, along with a first-person view: both designed with even more horror immersing the player in the typical horror atmosphere that characterizes the franchise for decades.
Resident Evil 7: Biohazard will debut on January 24, 2017 for Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC.
