EA and Ghost Games have recently revealed the minimum and recommended configurations to run the last part of Need for Speed and also that, upstream of the game’s release on PC in the month of March.
Available since last November on gaming consoles, the latest installment of Need for Speed was delayed on PC. However, the typical arcade racing game of Ghost Games prepares to arrive on 17 March 2016 on our machines, but it remains to be seen whether the title will not be too greedy for our configurations.
To help us to anticipate, Electronic Arts revealed the minimum and recommended configurations to run the game tapping the graphics engine of Frostbite DICE. It is clear that the prerequisites prove ti be honest, but it will be necessary to have a graphics card rather swift for the recommended configuration.
Minimum requirements (for the 720p, 30 frames per second and minimum details):
- Operating System: Windows 7 64-bit or higher
- Processor: Intel Core i3-4130 or equivalent with 4 hardware threads
- RAM: 6 GB
- Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750 Ti with 2GB VRAM, AMD Radeon HD 7850 with 2GB of VRAM, or equivalent DirectX 11 compatible with 2GB of VRAM
- Storage: 30GB
Recommended configuration (for the 1080p, 60 frames per second and high details):
- Operating System: Windows 7 64-bit or higher
- Processor: Intel Core i5-4690 or equivalent with 4 hardware threads
- Memory: 8GB
- Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 with 4GB of VRAM, AMD Radeon R9 290 with 4GB of VRAM or equivalent DirectX 11 compatible with 4GB of VRAM
- Storage: 30GB
