Fake Grand Theft Auto 6 spotted in Brazil for PS2, game’s cover ludicrously humorous

While continuing unabated the commercial success of Grand Theft Auto V, Rockstar apparently is not resting on its foot, so much so that the new chapter seems to be available now.

As reported on Reddit, a user has posted a bizarre picture announcing the launch of Grand Theft Auto 6 shown above in the Brazilian market. Apparently the developers decided to abandon the mad rush of the latest technology, preferring to get it out on PlayStation 2, just a couple of generations back.

As we can see from the picture, the star of this masterpiece for PS2 should be the actress Summer Glau, known to the general public for her roles in Firefly and Serenity, but above all for having starred as Cameron Phillips in Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles.

Containing the enthusiasm: despite the incredible likelihood (note, however, even the correct spelling of the title, with a “six” affixed to the Roman numeral “V”) the product seems to be definitely a fake, probably some kind of bootleg based on Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas with various mods applied.

Apart from the jokes, the phenomenon of the bootleg on GTA is fairly stated in various countries, of course outside the official market, and it demonstrates a certain liveliness that persists in terms of mod even on older games in the series, while the fifth continues the daring experiments like the one that allows you to explore Liberty City on the new graphics engine.

Meanwhile, Rockstar is fully committed on Red Dead Redemption 2 and a short output of the true sixth chapter of Grand Theft Auto seems rather improbable.
