Battlefield 1 Open Beta download now available on PS4, Xbox One and PC

As scheduled, starting today the download of open Beta of Battlefield 1 is now available for all. It means that you can now download the World War shooter on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC without any access code.

It’s 31 August and, as expected, the open beta of Battlefield 1 is now available to everyone. The total weight of the is about 6GB on console (7GB on PC) and at the moment we do not know precisely how the beta will go ahead.

In this link you will be able to download the Beta version for PlayStation 4, and in this other link for Xbox One edition. To access the beta on PC, you have to download and install the Origin client, the official platform of Electronic Arts, and search for Battlefield 1 Open Beta and install it in your pc.

Surely you remember that the Beta of Battlefield 1 in PlayStation 4 does not require PlayStation Plus subscription, but the version of Xbox One does need that users have Xbox LIVE Gold subscription, so you should take this into account.

In this Beta, you have access to the Sinai Desert map, which allows you to fight on horseback, one of the most innovative game modes of this new installment of the franchise. There will also be a train, airplanes, cars and other vehicles.

Although there has been no official announcement about when it will end, the Open Beta of Battlefield 1 is expected to have a duration of 4 days.

Recall that Battlefield 1 will be available from October 21 for Windows PCs, Sony PlayStation 4 and Microsoft Xbox One.
